I started with Alan in August 2016. Before that, I’d been going to the gym regularly(ish) but I didn’t really know what I was doing, and I wasn’t seeing any results. When I saw a particularly unflattering photo of myself on social media, I thought "that’s it! I need help!"
I was super nervous about signing up for personal training, and had no idea what I wanted in terms of goals, didn’t even have a goal-weight, I just knew I wasn’t happy.
Alan talked me through it and over a few chats we figured out where I wanted to be and how to get there. I’m completely thrilled with the results I’ve seen and that’s 100% down to Alan’s help, both with training and nutrition. I still enjoy food and drinks but I’m mindful about what goes into my body and the work I should do to expend that energy. And while I used to never go near certain parts of the gym because they were intimidating, they’re my favourite parts now. I cannot recommend him enough!
